The HEDS Board of Directors is seeking a full-time Director to serve as the chief executive officer of the HEDS Consortium. This is a full-time, professional position to serve as the “face” of HEDS, both within the HEDS membership and to the external public. The Director provides innovative leadership for the ongoing assessment, revision, and advancement of the strategic goals of the organization. The Director reports to and works in close collaboration with the HEDS Board of Directors, which reviews the performance of the Director annually against the organization’s strategic action items and operational goals, as developed each year in collaboration with the Board.
